Announcement: Ian Boyd

With effect from 01st May 2009, Ian Boyd has accepted the Board's invitation to become a Graypen main Board Director. This promotion will give Ian a wider management responsibility for the Group's commercial tanker agency activities throughout the UK, Ireland and continental Europe, as well as Hub Agency and the STS Team. Ian is based at the Graypen head office in Immingham. This promotion reflects the excellent work and important contribution Ian has made to Graypen's development and we are confident he will become an increasingly important member of our senior management team.
